Dental X-Rays let us see below the surface and identify any issues with your oral health that we may not be able to identify through a routine exam. This includes problems such as cavities and decay, bone loss, and impacted teeth.

Radiographs are taken at particular times based on each patient’s needs. It is a preventive measure to be able to get a view into areas that cannot be seen by examination only. It is like lifting a curtain to reveal potential issues sooner rather than later. We know that early intervention is the best way to preserve teeth and reduce the chance of costly dental procedures.

At DGY Dentistry, we use digital radiograph technology, along with the ability to take three-dimensional films via CBCT technology. This includes panoramic films.
